Video Downloading and Digital Resource Management
- Collect YouTube links from teachers via Google Forms.
- Use 4K Video Downloader to save videos.
- After downloading click on right 3 dots it shows where your video download.
- Copy or cut the video.
- Store videos under:
This PC > Local Disk (C:) > ZPS > Academic Videos > [Subject] > [Class] - Rename files properly and inform teachers in case of issues.
Weekly Video Submission and Responsibility Policy
Teachers must submit the video link at least one week before the scheduled class.
- The Computer Lab In-Charge will download videos per week as per the submitted schedule.
- If the link is missing, broken, or incorrect, InCharge will not be held responsible.
- No urgent or same-day video requests will be entertained under any circumstances.
- Teachers are responsible for checking the saved video file before using it in class.
Instructions for Video Downloading:
- The Computer Lab Incharge is responsible for downloading the required videos for each week based or term based on the Video Response Sheets submitted through Google Forms by subject teachers.
- All teachers — from Montessori to High Wing — must submit the completed form at least one week in advance.
- Teachers must provide a YouTube link along with complete details (grade, subject, topic, and section of use).
- The computer lab Incharge downloads the videos and saves them to the local server in the specific folder or location mentioned by the subject teacher in the form.
- TheComputer lab Incharge is not responsible if:
- The form is submitted late.
- The video details are unclear, incomplete, or incorrect.
- In such cases, the concerned teacher will be held accountable and must answer to the Wing Head or Vice Principal.
Procedure for Downloading and Organizing Academic Videos
- The Computer Lab Incharge collects the video link from the Video Response Sheet submitted by the subject teacher via Google Form.
- The video is downloaded using the 4K Video Downloader software.
- After downloading, the file is renamed according to the title or name provided by the subject teacher in the form.
- Use the shortcut key Ctrl + X (which performs both cut and copy) or right-click and select Cut to move the video file.
- Open This PC from the desktop or File Explorer.
- Click on Local Disk (C:).
- Open the folder named ZPS.
- Then open the subfolder Academic Videos.
- Inside Academic Videos, follow this folder structure:
- First, choose the Subject Folder (e.g., English, Urdu, Math, Science).
- Then, select the relevant Class Folder (e.g., Class IV, Class VI, Class X).
- Paste the video file using Ctrl + V or by right-clicking and selecting Paste.
